Policy Updates: Memberships, Credits, and Cancellations

Effective September 1, 2025: Important Policy Updates at Kairos Float & Wellness Studio

At Kairos Float & Wellness Studio, our mission is to provide a luxurious, science-backed, and stress-free experience for every guest. To continue offering the highest quality of care, we are updating several of our policies beginning September 1, 2025. These updates are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency for all of our members and guests.

✨ Membership Policy

Memberships require a three (3) month commitment unless otherwise stated.
Memberships are not shareable, unless specifically noted in the membership description.
Memberships can be paused or canceled after the three-month commitment has been fulfilled.

✨ Service Credits Policy

The new Service Credits Policy: Credits are valid only for the service type purchased.

- Example: Sauna session credits can be applied to longer sauna sessions (20 → 45 minutes). Sauna credits cannot be applied toward floats, contrast therapy, or halotherapy.

Service credits are not automatically shareable with another person unless otherwise stated.

✨ Sharing Service Credits Policy

Service credits may be transferred to another person for a $5 transfer fee, provided the credit was purchased at full price.
If the credit was purchased at a discount, the recipient will be responsible for paying the difference in cost, plus the $5 transfer fee.

- Example: If you purchased a 60-minute float for $49 (regularly $70), the recipient would pay $21 (the difference) + a $5 transfer fee, totaling $26.

✨ Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance—or no-shows—will be charged 100% of the session fee, even if the cancellation was unavoidable.
By booking, you agree to abide by this 24-hour cancellation policy, understanding that your appointment is exclusively reserved for you.

Life can be unpredictable. Sometimes, you may want to share your wellness experience with a friend or family member. Our sharing policy allows for this, albeit with a small transfer fee. This ensures that we maintain the integrity of our service while allowing flexibility for our clients.

Cancellation Policy Insights

We understand that life happens. However, our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time of all our guests. By notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, you help us serve other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
