Late Arrival Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment:

Your session will be shortened to the remaining time available, OR
You will be charged the full session price and will need to reschedule

This policy ensures I can honor the time commitments of all clients.

Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session (if service credits are available) or be charged the full session fee.

Non-Transferable Policy

All packages and memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Passport Memberships will remain shareable as originally stated.
All other memberships and packages ( are for individual use only and cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred.
Couples/Partner packages that are explicitly sold for two people remain valid for two people as stated.

This policy explains what information we collect through our website, booking platform, and advertising, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to visitors of kairosfloats.com and to clients who book services or provide information to us in person.

1. Information We CollectContact and booking information. When you book a service, join our email list, sign up through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and appointment details.Health and safety screening information. Because some of our services (including float therapy, infrared sauna, and cold plunge) require a safety screening, we may ask about relevant health conditions — for example, pregnancy, cardiac conditions, seizure history, skin conditions, or oncology treatment status. This information is collected solely to ensure your safety during a session and is treated with additional care, as described in Section 4.

Payment information. Payments are processed through our booking platform (FloatHelm) and/or third-party payment processors. We do not directly store full payment card numbers.Website and advertising data. When you visit our website or interact with our ads, we (or our advertising partners) may automatically collect information through cookies or similar tracking technologies, including your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. If you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you provide (name, email, phone) with us.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate:FloatHelm (booking and scheduling platform)Payment processors (to process transactions)Email/SMS marketing platform (to send updates and offers, only if you've opted in)Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you submit a lead form or interact with our ads, Meta processes data per its own privacy policy in addition to sharing your submission with us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Health InformationHealth and safety screening information you provide is used only to determine whether a service is appropriate for you and to inform staff of precautions needed during your session. We do not share this information for marketing purposes, and we limit internal access to what's needed to provide your service safely.

5. Cookies and TrackingOur website and ads may use cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to measure ad performance and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

6. Your ChoicesMarketing communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, or by replying "STOP" to text messages.Access or deletion: You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the information below. We will retain information as needed to comply with tax, financial, and legal record-keeping requirements even after a deletion request.

Data RetentionWe retain client and booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal and tax obligations, and marketing information until you opt out or we determine it's no longer needed.8. Children's PrivacyOur services and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.9.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
