Late Arrival Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment:

Your session will be shortened to the remaining time available, OR
You will be charged the full session price and will need to reschedule

This policy ensures I can honor the time commitments of all clients.

Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session (if service credits are available) or be charged the full session fee.

Non-Transferable Policy

All packages and memberships are for individual use only and are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Passport Memberships will remain shareable as originally stated.
All other memberships and packages ( are for individual use only and cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred.
Couples/Partner packages that are explicitly sold for two people remain valid for two people as stated.
