​We adhere to a strict, 24-hour cancellation policy.  Failure to cancel appointments 24 hours before the start of your session, will result in a $25 fee for all services. 

 

No-shows will result in a charge of the full price for the scheduled service regardless of membership status or if you have credits in your account (see chart below for pricing). 

 

You will be considered a no-show 10 minutes after your appointment start time.

Float Session- $99

Halotherapy Session- $45

IR/RED Light Sauna (20 minutes)- $25

IR/RED Light Sauna (40 minutes)- $40

Contrast Therapy- $65

Beginners Cold Plunge- $25

Experienced Cold Plunge- $50
